"We've had our fridgedaire gallery fridge for over 2 years and it works great. We did have to contact DT because the ice maker stopped working and their service team came out right away. They replaced something in the back of the maker and now it works great. I love that they have a good service team and that they deliver for free. Their customer service is excellent. We also recently bought a large freezer and that's been working really well."

"We are new to TN. While moving our old laundry set gave up. So we went shopping. Our bank lady said that D.T.McCalls is where we needed to go. Went to see and found them professional and very friendly. They answered our questions. We were happy with the warranty and the price including delivery and they even took our old set away. First time using and it played a tune to say cycle was complete instead of a buzz. Happy surprise . Two months later we’re in the market for a loveseat/recliner. Again we went shopping. "I'm gonna try to make this short.. Bought a washer and dryer last Wednesday the 21st delivered on the 23rd. Delivery was great. The guys were great. Unfortunately, after my third washing, inside-the tub started smoking after a horrible screeching noise. Well, of course, due to snow and all the weather we've not been able to call or having anything done about it. But today being the 27th, Tuesday, I got an answer! when I called they could not have been more perfect as in customer service Extremely apologetic that they couldn't deliver me a new washer tomorrow "Wednesday" I'll have to wait till Thursday not a problem. an extremely apologetic that I gotta wash machine that has a problem.
